He explains and demonstartes with some professionals how static contractions work for developing muscular mass. You can build mass by just doing 5 minutes training a week using this method. you use about doulbe the amount of weight compared to normal sets.
even if you don’t wanna do this static workout exclusively..
in my opinion this is a great way to mix up your workout a little form time to time,
because your body gets used to whatever workout you are doing so you MUST change your workout regularly..
